WE NOW HAVE ACCESS TO TWO DIAMOND DA42 TWIN STAR MULTI ENGINE (DIESEL) AIRCRAFT WITH FADEC CONTROLS & GARMIN 1000 EFIS

The aircraft is available for hire to pilots, even with very low hours, who hold a MEP Class Rating for only £225 + VAT per airborne hour plus the cost of all landings. This is subject to certain liability and deposit conditions and being signed off for Differences Training in respect of the FADEC engine system and the Garmin 1000 EFIS glass cockpit

Differences Training is charged at £265 + VAT per airborne hour plus 15 minutes per flight + all landings, Ground School is £30 per hour + VAT, & there is an Exam Fee of £30 + VAT

The aircraft is also available for training to gain the Multi Engine Piston (MEP) Class Rating and, possibly,
for the JAA CPL(A) and IR(A)

The dual rate for the MEP Class Rating is £265 + VAT per airborne hour plus 15 minutes per flight plus the cost of all landings.

At homebase (Humberside) ONE landing per flight is FREE but any additional ones per flight are charged at £11 + VAT (Multi) and £8 + VAT (Single).

Landing and Navigation charges at other airports (very few in fact) respectively average £15 + VAT and £10 + VAT each.

Comprehensive Exercise briefings/debriefings are FREE. A very few ground lectures, (chargeable), may also be needed where extensive background knowledge is required - £30 per hour plus VAT.
